Acceptance of Terms and Platform Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 19000 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 19000 platform.
The 19000 platform is an online entertainment service intended for adults aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you have reached the minimum age requirement and have full legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement.
19000 reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Account Creation and Security Responsibilities
Registration and Account Eligibility
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 19000 platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full name, date of birth, and contact details. 19000 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time as part of the account verification or security review process.
Password and Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. 19000 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account by a third party due to your failure to protect your password.
If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, please contact the 19000 support team immediately through the in-platform support channel.
Usage Rules and User Conduct
Users of the 19000 platform agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other technical means to access or interact with the platform without authorisation.
- Attempting to cheat the game system, manipulate outcomes, or collude with other users to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
- Harassing, threatening, or insulting other users through any communication channel on the platform.
- Using the platform for any activity that violates Malaysian law or breaches platform regulations.
- Registering using false information or impersonating another person.
19000 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of breaching these rules and to take appropriate action, including account suspension or closure and the withholding of account balances pending further investigation.
Payments, Deposits and Withdrawals
Currency and Payment Methods
All transactions on the 19000 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). We support a range of local payment methods including DuitNow, online bank transfers, and approved e-wallets.
Deposits will be credited to your account once payment is successfully verified. Processing times vary depending on the method chosen. 19000 is not responsible for any delays caused by your bank or third-party payment providers.
Withdrawal Terms
Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet that has been verified and registered in the same name as your 19000 account. Any attempt to withdraw funds to a third-party account is prohibited and may result in a temporary account freeze pending investigation.
Daily withdrawal limits and processing times are subject to your account's VIP tier. Withdrawals exceeding the daily limit require manual approval and may take additional time to process.
Bonus and Promotion Terms
All bonuses and promotional credits received are subject to rollover requirements specified separately for each promotion. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash until the rollover conditions are fully met. 19000 reserves the right to void any bonus if there is evidence of misuse or attempts to manipulate the promotions system.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links
Platform Liability Limits
The 19000 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to keep the service available and running smoothly, we do not guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, technical errors, or unexpected downtime. 19000 will not be liable for any financial loss, data loss, or other damages arising from service disruptions beyond our reasonable control.
19000's maximum total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the value of the transaction directly related to the claim in question.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 19000 platform — including interface design, logos, graphics, text, and software code — is the property of 19000 and protected under applicable copyright laws. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 19000.
Third-Party Links and Services
The 19000 platform may contain links or integrations with third-party services such as payment providers and game providers. 19000 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party services. Use of third-party services is at the user's own risk and subject to the relevant third-party terms.
Account Policy, Changes to Terms and Applicable Laws
Account Suspension and Closure
19000 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account — temporarily or permanently — in the following circumstances: breach of terms of use, suspected fraudulent activity, attempted money laundering, multiple account registrations, or at the user's own request. Where closure is due to a violation, any balance in the account may be held pending investigation.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account should contact the 19000 support team. Any eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal once a standard security review has been completed.
Changes to These Terms
19000 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms at any time. Notice of changes will be posted on the platform with a clear effective date. It is the user's responsibility to review the terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Laws and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms or the use of the 19000 platform shall first be referred to an agreed resolution process. If a resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree to refer the matter to the appropriate jurisdiction.
